Classes



Yogalates
Each classes offers something new and challenging for you each week as no two classes are the same. A regular Yogalates session will include Yoga and Pilates exercises and poses (asana) to cultivate strength, tone, stamina, stability and flexibility with particular attention paid to building tone in the deeper postural “core” muscles as well as focusing on toning the arms, thighs and hip area.



Fusion Flow
This class effectively blends Pilates, Yoga and Total Barre. This is one of the most fun ways to sculpt long lean and toned muscles. Energizing and dynamic this class is designed to challenge and change your body, specifically toning and strengthening arms, thighs, hips and core. Never dread another workout again!!



Chakra Meditation & Yoga Nidra with
FREE Daily Guided Meditation Recording
Meditation has been shown to be a powerful tool to release and manage stress and to help maintain a healthy balance of body and mind.
In this class we will sit together in guided meditation, practising breathing techniques, mudras and bandhas to create a calmer more focused and balanced state of being.
We will also practise Chakra Visualisations, affirmations, and chants to raise the frequency at which our energy field vibrates. Always ending in a deep relaxing and nurturing Yoga Nidra.
From this field of pure potentiality we get our bursts of inspiration, our most intuitive thoughts and our deepest sense of connection to ourselves and the universe.



Vinyasa Flow
If you want to increase your flexibility, strength and tone, as well as leave feeling de-stressed and re-energised, then this class is for you !
Vinyasa means breath-synchronized movement, and the flow describes the way you will move fluidly from one yoga pose to another in rhythm with your breath.
Each pose will be modified to the needs of the students, there will be lots of variety to the routines so that each class experience is different.
