Yogalates
Each classes offers something new and challenging for you each week as no two classes are the same. A regular Yogalates session will include Yoga and Pilates exercises and poses (asana) to cultivate strength, tone, stamina, stability and flexibility with particular attention paid to building tone in the deeper postural “core” muscles as well as focusing on toning the arms, thighs and hip area.



Fusion Flow
This class effectively blends Pilates, Yoga and Total Barre. This is one of the most fun ways to sculpt long lean and toned muscles. Energizing and dynamic this class is designed to challenge and change your body, specifically toning and strengthening arms, thighs, hips and core. Never dread another workout again!!



New !!! Energy Medicine Vinyasa Flow ( FREE Chakra Meditation recording with this class 😉 )
This class is not to be missed !! It really is medicine for the body mind and soul.
In this class we bring together a beautiful blend of Yoga, Meditation, Chakra Visualisation , Chanting, Pranayama (breathing techniques) Qi Gong Movement and end with a sound bath (Gong, Tibetan Bowl and Chimes) greatly increasing the benefits and depth of a regular yoga practice.
Our subtle body tends to vibrate at a low or high frequency. When the frequency is higher we can hold more information of greater awareness and higher consciousness. We feel more alive, present and creative. So by bringing all these techniques together it will raise the frequency of our energy field and help us activate our prana (our life force energy ).
This class will wash away all your stresses, tensions, and cares ! It will balance all the energy systems of the body helping to keep you toned, stretched and strong on a physical level and grounded, balanced, healthy and focused on an energetic level.
Find a deep sense of connection to yourself and the universe.



Vinyasa Flow
If you want to increase your flexibility, strength and tone, as well as leave feeling de-stressed and re-energised, then this class is for you !
Vinyasa means breath-synchronized movement, and the flow describes the way you will move fluidly from one yoga pose to another in rhythm with your breath.
Each pose will be modified to the needs of the students, there will be lots of variety to the routines so that each class experience is different.
