Join me for a beautiful day filled with Energy Medicine Yoga, Meditation, Beltane Fire Ceremony, Chanting, Pranayama, Qi Gong, Yin Yoga and ending in a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating Sound Bath with the Gong, Tibetan Bowl and Chimes. As we have the beautiful Knockma Woods  across the road from us we will schedule a walk there after lunch 😉

Qi Gong Sequence – Also in Traditional Chinese Medicine the energy of Summer resonates with the element of Fire, so it is a powerful time to attune to the sun’s yang energy for expansion, joy and connection to the world around us. The energy of Summer resonates with the organs of the heart and small intestine. So we will blend our Qigong Flow sequence for a Happy Heart with our Vinyasa Flow sequence.

This  is a complete routine designed to purify, nourish and balance the heart and small intestine, igniting our internal power, invoking our sense of compassion and wisdom, balancing yin and yang energy in the body, creating a harmonious and balanced state of joy and calmness within.

Energy Medicine Vinyasa Flow– We will pair our Qi Gong sequence with an energising Vinyasa Flow Yoga Sequence working specifically into the 3rd Chakra which is also connect to the element of Fire.

Beltane Fire Ceremony – The Celtic Festival of Beltane marks the beginning of summer in the ancient Celtic calendar  . Beltane  is associated with May 1st, or the first Saturday of May . The festival was marked with the lighting of bonfires marking a time of purification and transition, heralding in the season in the hope of a good harvest later in the year, and were accompanied with rituals to protect the people from any harm by otherworldly spirits.

So to mark this, as part of our day, we will have a Fire Ceremony with the intention of  letting go of our past, acknowledging our present and bringing protection and guidance for the coming months.

Violet Flame – We will use this powerful clearing ritual of the Violet Fire to clear and dissolve any unhealthy ties/ blockages we may have for example with another person, your body, health issues, a difficult situation, addictions etc. bringing about not only freedom and forgiveness in our life but strengthening our will power and confidence to help us achieve our goals and aspirations for the coming months.

Third Chakra Meditation and Chanting: The focus and meditation/chanting   for this gathering will be around our 3rd Chakra(Manipura) (our third energy point in the body)  as it is connected  to our will power, confidence and the element of fire.

Living in tune with the seasons can bring a tremendous sense of harmony & well-being to your body, mind and soul join us so we can help you to re-align yourself with mother nature😉

This amazing venue is surrounded by nature and is just outside of Headford and only 15 minutes from Tuam.

‘Don’t regret getting older, it is a privilege denied to many’

Its time to break the taboo of Menopause and what it signifies. Its time for us women to come together to share, support and empower one another in this transitional stage of our lives.In peri-menopause our brains are being re-wired to live with more inner wisdom and to adapt to a more direct current (intuition) , this is your moment to reinvent yourself after years of focusing on the needs of everyone else.

This workshop will give you the guidance and knowledge to look and feel your radiant best throughout the Perimenopause, Menopause and Beyond. You will have a much better understanding of what is going on in your body , how to deal with symptoms , eat well to support the changes and also the importance of the right kind of exercise for you.  As part of the day we will incorporate a Yoga / Meditation practise and walk in Knockma Woods.
