Join me for a day filled with Energy Medicine Yoga, Meditation, Chanting, Pranayama, Qi Gong, Yin Yoga and ending in a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating Sound Bath with the Gong, Tibetan Bowl and Chimes. As we have the beautiful Knockma Woods across the road from us we will schedule a walk there after lunch 😉
We are now ready to leave behind the fast pace of the Summer months and embrace the Autumn months which are a time for letting go and deliberate, yet natural unwinding. If you tune into your body and mind at this time of change you will also notice an inner calling for a necessity to shed and de-clutter. Working with nature in this way helps you live in the path of least resistance.
The leaves start to turn, and the dead ones fall away. Rather than fighting to hold on to them, the trees let them go, with faith that after a period of rest, new growth will appear. Autumn is the time for a deliberate, yet natural unwinding.
So through our practise of Yoga, Meditation Qi Gong , Chanting and Sound bath we will bring in a sense of grounding, letting go , balancing, contemplation, resting and rejuvenation.

This amazing venue is surrounded by nature and is just outside of Headford and only 15 minutes from Tuam.

YOGA, NUTRITION AND WELLBEING MENOPAUSE WORKSHOP

‘Don’t regret getting older, it is a privilege denied to many’
Its time to break the taboo of Menopause and what it signifies. Its time for us women to come together to share, support and empower one another in this transitional stage of our lives.In peri-menopause our brains are being re-wired to live with more inner wisdom and to adapt to a more direct current (intuition) , this is your moment to reinvent yourself after years of focusing on the needs of everyone else.
This workshop will give you the guidance and knowledge to look and feel your radiant best throughout the Perimenopause, Menopause and Beyond. You will have a much better understanding of what is going on in your body , how to deal with symptoms , eat well to support the changes and also the importance of the right kind of exercise for you.
