Niamh also teaches weekend and week long Yoga Holidays at the Burren Yoga Centre through out the year.

With its peaceful relaxed and serene atmosphere it is the perfect place to get away to learn or deepen your yoga and meditation practice while connecting with nature on our daily walks and hikes in the Burren Hills or by the Sea. ‘Don’t regret getting older, it is a privilege denied to many’

Its time to break the taboo of Menopause and what it signifies. Its time for us women to come together to share, support and empower one another in this transitional stage of our lives.In peri-menopause our brains are being re-wired to live with more inner wisdom and to adapt to a more direct current (intuition) , this is your moment to reinvent yourself after years of focusing on the needs of everyone else.

This workshop will give you the guidance and knowledge to look and feel your radiant best throughout the Perimenopause, Menopause and Beyond. You will have a much better understanding of what is going on in your body , how to deal with symptoms , eat well to support the changes and also the importance of the right kind of exercise for you.
