Niamh also teaches weekend and week long Yoga Holidays at the Burren Yoga Centre through out the year.

RELEASING ENERGY MEDICINE VINYASA FLOW PRACTISE

This powerful releasing vinyasa flow sequence will work on postures to help us release old stagnant energy leaving us feeling lighter , clearer helping to balance our energy systems of the body. When in balance, these energy systems help to keep you strong, vital, healthy and focused. They work on your immune system, endocrine system and lymphatic systems especially.

QI GONG SEQUENCE TO CLEANSE,TONIFY AND CIRCULATE YOUR QI (ENERGY)

The season of autumn supports our ability of letting go of old energy that does not serve us; physically, emotionally and mentally. This flow will clear the body of stagnant negative old Qi, boost our immune system while nourishing the organs and smoothing the flow of Qi through the meridians.  We will then focus on circulating the Qi to the Lung Meridian and on strengthen our protective energy shield.

Meditation and Breathwork

So as we have seen the season of autumn supports our ability to let go and go with the flow. Our meditation will  begin with self massage and meridian tracing to activate the lung and large intestine meridians to boost the immune system, prevent allergies and open our channel to let go. Our meditation will work through letting go on four layers: body, emotions, mind and the lung spirit.

We will finish with a Full Moon Meditation , setting our intentions for the months to come.  You will be given ways to celebrate through rituals and ceremony to further release and manifest , which can be done on Halloween Night …get the whole family involved (your kids will love this !) or just by yourself 😉
